Links I Love: August Week 1
This week was a full and busy week! I met friends at the new Petite Margeaux at the Waldorf for rosé (you can’t be $5 happy hour) and I saw An American in Paris at the theatre. I also finished the latest Book Club Book “All the Light We Cannot See” which has left me with a book hangover. The end of the Nordstrom Sale is Sunday so don’t miss grabbing some of my favorites on sale. I swear by these boots by Blondo which is perfect for the Autumn. They are comfortable to walk all day in and they are water proof. The other thing that I made sure to stock up on are my favorite bras by Natori. Seriously I swear by these. They do run a little small so you might want to size up.
I have been a regular at the Farmers Market here in Chicago and I can’t get enough of the berries, and peaches. I am back to making my homemade yogurt and granola and the fresh fruit makes the best topping.

My August Agenda
My August Agenda is simply to enjoy Chicago with friends as much as possible and also work on my apartment. I resigned my lease for the next year and I finally need to hang my own art on the walls. I have plans for a gallery wall, a bookshelf, paint, a new rug, and curtains. It won’t all happen at the same time but I am looking forward to updating my space and sharing the process with you. Suggestions are welcome.
