Last month, I took a walk on the Left Bank with Corey Frye. You can see the whole video here. I am typically a right bank girl so I was a little out of my comfort zone. It was great to have someone to show me around with a little more on the history of Paris. We started at Treize bakery who is known for having the best carrot cake in town, sadly they were closed. I still haven’t tried it but, I have heard great things.
We made our way to one of the oldest chocolate shops in Paris, Debauve and Gallais. I picked up a dark chocolate bar with almonds for 7.50 euros.
We made our way to Place de Fustenberg which is an adorable square tucked away in the 6th arrondisement.
We stopped by the hotel that Hemingway first stayed with Hadley when they arrived in Paris.
We explored a hidden courtyard.
We finished at the Delacroix Muesuem before heading to a cafƩ on rue de buci. You can watch our cafƩ chat here.
There were so many questions at the cafƩ chat about what shoes I wear (they are waterproof) and the bag I carry. You can get all the details here! These items are ones that I swear by after many trips to Paris.
