Owning an apartment in Paris is now easier than ever with the opportunity of a shared or fractional ownership with Paris Perfect Rentals. Paris Perfect originally offered a one bedroom apartment in Paris with the fractional sale and it was so popular that they now have a two bedroom property available. The Beaune apartment is a two bedroom two bathroom apartment that is three blocks from the Champ de Mars and Eiffel Tower and a quick walk to Rue Cler. You really can’t beat the location to live in the heart of Paris. This property can accommodate up to six people with the two bedrooms and a pull out couch.
There is a desk in the corner but I really enjoyed working from the couch and having a view of the Eiffel Tower. It sparkles every hour on the hour and there is a picture perfect view from the window.
There are two bedrooms that connect and open to each other. There are two separate bathrooms that are accessed from either bedroom.
This bathroom also has a full size washer and dryer which is very convenient for longer stays in Paris.
The kitchen is perfect for entertaining with a table for six and plenty of space to cook. Everything you need to prepare a meal is in the cabinets ready to use.
The kitchen opens to the main living space with two french doors. The light is really nice in the afternoon illuminating the space.

Investment:
Each fully deeded share costs only €179,000 that translates to one month every year. Shared or fractional ownership means the shares may be sold or passed on to loved ones. This is the most reasonably priced shared ownership apartments in Paris, including the incredibly low annual operating and maintenance costs.
The one month each year is divided into two, two week stays. The calendar is divided amongst the other fractional owners.
The Neighborhood
The Beaune apartment is located on a main street on The Left Bank but it is only a quick walk to Rue Saint Dominique for a baguette, coffee, or restaurant. The 69 bus that goes all around the city has a stop just very close to the apartment. It is extremely convenient and easy to ride the bus as a form of transportation. École Militaire is the closest metro stop with a post office and a 24 hour/7 day a week Carrefour City. This has always been my go to grocery when I have an apartment in Paris. It is rare, but getting to be more common to have a grocery open on Sundays but this is the first and only 24 hour grocery I have seen in Paris.
Rue Cler is a market street open seven days a week where you can buy cheese, wine, fruit/vegetables, and bread from individual vendors. The street is also lined with cafés and restaurants. If you are looking for great people watching, this is the spot. Even on a rainy cold day in Winter, the street is lively in the evenings and the terraces are filled with people enjoying food and drinks.
It is easy to spend an entire day in the neighborhood of the apartment walking the streets and enjoying a meal at a café. I am typically a Right Bank girl, but this was a great opportunity to get to know the neighborhood. I quickly fell into a routine of where to buy my baguette and croissant, groceries, and coffee. The apartment has a great size kitchen for entertaining and cooking but there are also great restaurants close by.
You really can’t beat the location when the Eiffel Tower is your neighbor. The Champ des Mars is a great spot of a picnic when the weather is warm.
