Hotel de Sers

Hotel de Sers

I am staying at a few different hotel properties in Paris this week. I am often asked where to stay in Paris so I hope this will give you a few more options as you plan your trip. First up is Hotel de Sers located just off the Champs Elysée. A centrally located hotel perfect for the first time visitor to Paris looking to be in the heart of the main sights. I had a lovely balcony with this view. I will share more on the hotel in an upcoming post.

This morning I met up with my friend Kasia for lunch and a coffee at Hardware Société located just behind Sacre Coeur. The space was filled with most beautiful light. I always leave early when meeting friends in Paris because I never know what will catch my eye. I actually stopped in another restaurant a few doors down because they had the most amazing window view of Paris. They were kind enough to welcome me inside for photos.

After a delicious meal at Hardware Société, I jumped on the metro and headed to a meeting with the Paris tourism board by the Opèra. They may have one of the best office views I have ever seen. I snuck a few photos from the window while I was waiting for my coffee to arrive. More on our meeting details later.

In the afternoon I moved to the Marais to explore another hotel which I will share tomorrow. Hint…it’s on one of my favorite streets in Paris.

Unfortunately, the internet is unusually slow tonight so I will have to keep some of the photos a secret until tomorrow. But I can’t keep this one of the sunset on the Seine. Enjoy!

I have the morning off from meetings so I am going to explore Paris a bit. Any requests on photos from locations of Paris in the Fall? I will read them early tomorrow morning over breakfast.
