The One Jacket You Need for Paris

_Q2A8552.jpg

I got my first leather jacket as a gift which was a BCBG leather jacket. I wore it for years through the transitional seasons in Paris and it eventually ripped. I purchased a new one and it literally has traveled around the world with me. I wear my leather jacket as the weather transitions to Spring but isn’t quite warm enough until Summer hits. Then I will pick it back up as the nights get crisp and Fall begins. I will wear it until I have to surrender to a warmer coat in November.

If you are going to pack one jacket for Paris, a leather jacket is what you need.

For the little ones. Martiene (age 11) wanted to match me so I got her one for her birthday. I sized up so she would grow into it. It made it two years and was reasonably priced. She loved it!

  1. I absolutely loved reading this post! As someone who adores Paris and its fashion, finding that one perfect leather jacket for the City of Light is a must. The way you’ve described the versatility of this jacket makes it a must-have for any traveler. Paris weather can be quite unpredictable, so having a stylish yet functional jacket is a game-changer.

  2. Thank you so much for your blogs, you have made me so comfortable about my trip to Paris this April.
I was terrified , reading about the language, what’s accepted, the difference in money, how I would be received as a tourist.
Being a black female I was going to push myself and overcome my fears and travel.
You have given me the push I needed , you let me know female’s no matter the color can be AMAZING.
    Thank you so much.
