  1. I think I have a "Rebecca Plotnick" problem. I keep checking out your etsy site and trying to think where in my house I can squeeze in just one more print! I may have to renovate and add a room just to house your art!

    • Kat, you just made my day!! Thank you! Have you tried the bathroom 😉 If you add a room to your house for my art I would be so honored!!

  2. Hello Rebecca – your photos are gorgeous! Would love to try my hand at photographing areas of my hometown St Louis. What kind of camera do you use? It looks small and manageable – something not too cumbersome to haul around all day.

    • Thank you so much! You could capture some beautiful shots in St Louis. I use a canon 70D with a 35mm lens most of the time. It’s pretty lightweight. If you are just starting you can try a canon rebel. Just practice with it and use as much natural light as possible.

  3. Hello, Rebecca!

I believe I am too late for your contest, but wanted to send a comment, and a compliment, to you . Your photos are exquisite. Like many, I loved your Pink Cherry Blossoms — but when I came to the last one, untitled with wisteria, it took my breath away. The flowers are so delicate and soft and filled with light, and the shadows in the lower half are so strong, the door so simple. I loved it! What a good eye you have! Thank you for sharing your vision!

  4. Rebecca, I love all your work! My favorite would be the Petit Zinc or Red Balloons in Paris (I know you said pick one and it’s hard!) Hope you had a lovely Valentine’s Day, sweet friend!

  5. I’m so torn because they are all so lovely. I think the red balloons or the rananculus would be my favorites though. Looking at the red balloons photo makes me feel as if I were back in Paris, standing on one of the bridges and taking it all in. The rananculus photo captures the simple beauty that can be found in a market or stand. Heck, even the doors remind me of the year I spent in France and the unique charm of many of the houses. I could go on about all of these photos really! Keep up the wonderful work!

  6. They are all so pretty, its so hard to choose which one! I absolutely love all things Paris! But I really love the pink cherry blossoms in Paris followed by Red Balloons in Paris! I just love the Eiffel Tower! 🗼 I think either one would look so pretty hanging on my wall!

  7. Love the red balloons, I’ve never had the opportunity to go to Paris but it’s on the top of my bucket list!! I heard the locks are gone what a beautiful piece to see what I will never get to see. Happy Valentine’s Day thank you for spreading love in these photos!! Xoxo Your passion is contagious….

  8. My husband and I were in Paris in 2014 and while the pic of the red balloons of Paris brings back memories (I admit we did leave a lock) I absolutely love the pink cherry blossoms photo. Breathtaking! I would love it as a memory to hang in my home. 🗼❤

I WOULD LOVE to have any of your photos… The red ballons in París (12 x 18) or le Pettite Zinc (11×14) WOULD be Nice TO hang in my bedroom or home office.

  11. My daughter and I just arrived back from our first trip to Paris literally an hour ago. Seeing these magical places in real life that you have brought to Instagram on a daily basis was just so amazing. (Merci!!!!) My daughter teased me for stopping and taking pics of doors and cafes…but those are the beautiful moments of paris. I love the pink door and the cafe photo but all are beautiful!!!!

  12. This is a little bittersweet for such a romantic day. I broke up with my longtime boyfriend three weeks ago, a few days after returning from a solo trip to Paris to visit family and friends. I realized while I was on my trip that as wonderful as he is, he would never follow me there — a city that I had dreamed of living in since I was a child and am planning on moving to next year. Breaking up was the hardest decision I’ve made, but it was also me following through on a promise I made to myself to never put comfort and familiarity in-front of my dreams. I love the print with the locks and the balloons because it reminds me of that promise, and to keep on working towards my dream of living in Paris. I hope you have a Happy Valentines Day. • Hi Emilie,

I am so sorry to hear this! I know that Valentine’s Day may not have been the easiest this year. It’s funny I don’t think that we should choose one day to declare our love. Don’t stop chasing your dreams. Follow your heart and it will all work out!!

      xo

  13. Happy valentines day!! I think of valentines day as a day to give and make other people happy, no matter their relationship to you. The pink blossom or the red balloons are sooo pretty. Have a wonderful valentines day and day in general!!

  14. Of course the red ballons. My students are creating a ‘love locks’ wall. But this is not only for lovers, but also to pUT wishes for peace, etc. in our world.
    Nous adorons le français!

  15. It’s been 15 years since I’ve been to Europe and your website just takes me back every time! Each photo just captures an emotion that tugs at the ❤! Makes me long to go back! So glad I discovered you and your courageous talent. Just love the Red Baloons & Pink Cherry Blossoms! Thank you!

  16. Happy V Day! I love your Instagram feed and your beautiful photos of magical Paris! I would love to go back some day as it’s been too long. All the photos are beautiful but my fave is the pink door in Paris!

  17. Happy Valentine’s Day and thank you for sharing your work. I follow you on instagram and your photos are beautiful! I especially love the Petit Zinc photo here because I love that it makes me feel a certain mood just looking at it. It’s not just pretty but evokes emotion just like art should.

  18. I miss Paris because I lived there for a while.. and I also miss the bridges and spent timeless afternoons staring by the bridges
Muy favourite print is the one with the bridge and the balloons!
Kisses to everyone in this wonderful day

  19. Ranunculus 11×14

Happy Galentine’s Day!! Love these beautiful flowers. Hope to visit Paris some time in the future. In the meantime I live through photos.

    Bethany

  20. So hard to choose because they are all beautiful! Ranunculus is catching my eye …I have the perfect spot for it in my dining room along with the 5 other prints I have of yours. My Rebecca Plotnick room😍Thank you for sharing your work w/the world!

  21. Being single and able to decorate my home as I wish with no male input, I have chosen pinks and grays. Your beautiful Pink Cherry Blossoms in Paris would be the absolute perfect piece of art to add to my home. 💕

  22. Bonjour , I was in Paris back in October and thought of you. I already have several of your prints but would love to add the cherry blossom to my collection!
    Au revoir!

  23. All of them would be incredibly lovely! However, I am extremely drawn to the "Pink cherry blossoms in Paris" photograph. I am so grateful I found your blog (thanks Instagram for having you in my suggested follow section!) because it is absolutely lovely and a joy to read and look at every day. Happy Valentines Day! <3

  24. I love your work and have been following your IG (and now blog) since I moved back from Europe 2 and a half years ago. In the middle of brutal Ottawa winters (painfully cold, grey skies, mountains of snow) I find myself desperately missing Paris…colour…life. Your work transports me so the winter feels a bit less bleak and Paris feels a bit closer. I love all of your work, but especially Cherry Blossoms because we don’t get them here and it’s one of the things I miss most from real European early spring which doesn’t exist here. Happy Valentines Day!

  25. Happy Valentines Day to you!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you for the wonderful pictures, they take me back to Paris. I love the pink flowers picture, I miss buying those from the marketplace. Have a great day!!

  26. Happy Valentines Day! Your account and your website is inspiring and makes me remember the times I’ve been to Paris. There’s just something so magical about the city. It’s touched me forever. Thank you for bringing these feelings back! I love the pink door 😘 -Rebecca

  27. Your photos are amazing! I love them. I would like the Pink Cherry Blossoms in Paris print. You truly are gifted in picture taking!!

  28. Hello Rebecca. I love all of your work which transports me daily to Paris. I surely want to buy some of your work when I get my house painted and redone! I haven’t been to France yet, but I know I surely will seek out the places you photograph and suggest. Thanks for the great work. Really love all the photos, but the turquoise storefront really catches my eye! Or the Eiffel Tower. 🙂

  29. Petit zinc, red balloons or cherry blossoms! Love them all!!! Just ordered one of your prints from pottery barn this week as a valentines present to myself!

  30. They are all gorgeous. If I had to choose, I would pick the red balloons/love lock bridge. It’s so unique and different. It can also be interpreted in so many ways and I like the mystery of that. I have a travel themed dining room where I print out all of my travel pictures and I would love to put one of these on my Paris wall. I’m also having a Parisian themed bridal shower on 3/5/17 and it would look beautiful there! Any of them would!

  31. I LOVE the red balloons in Paris print and the Pink cherry blossoms print too!! I’m have a HUGE LOVE of all things Paris!! I have never been and hope to go in the next year. I’m getting married to the LOVE of my life on May 6, 2017 and my wedding theme is springtime in Paris!! We are in the process of looking for our first home together and would absolutely LOVE to have one of your BEAUTIFUL prints in our new home! I really enjoy your blog, photography and now book club! You inspire me daily! Very sweet of you to give of your beautiful talent!! Happy Valentine’s Day!!💖

  32. All of them are gorgeous! You are so talented. Thanks for sharing a glimpse of Paris with us. My favorites are the red balloons and Petite Zinc but they are all fabulous.

  33. Love them all, tres chic! But, I think the cherry blossoms is my absolute favorite. Have a lovely day! ❤️

  34. Hi Rebecca! I love the cherry blossom photo, although all are great! I was recently in Paris after Christmas but have not experienced the city in the spring. I’m a avid follower of your Instagram and blog–keep up the good work!

  35. Happy Valentine’s Day! What a generous way to share love with a whole community of people like me– we’ve never met, but I find you quite inspiring! My mother and I took a special trip to Paris last summer, and I particularly love the Pink Door and Petit Zinc prints. Either would be perfect for the room in my house devoted to all things Paris! Bonne Journee et Merci, Rebecca!

    • Hi Marina,

Thank you so much for your sweet words. I am so happy even though we have never met that I am able to inspire you!! You are very lucky to have shared Paris with your mother. Could you please send me your mailing address to [email protected]

  36. I love them all so much!!! The red ballons remind me of when my husband and I put our love lock on the bridge in 2014 on our 5 year anniversary trip!! ❤️

  37. Sweet Valentine surprise! I love the Eiffel Tower photo and would love it for Lexie’s room. We just taught her about Paris and the Eiffel Tower and now she tells us she wants to take a trip there. Not sure that’s happening anytime soon, but this would get us closer 😀
Wishing you a wonderful day full of ❤️

  38. I absolutely love all of them 🙂 my favorite is the ranunculus! Reminds me of visiting the beautiful markets in Paris! My house has a Paris theme and the photo would be a perfect addition! I love your blog .. it inspires me daily.

  39. The pink door in Paris! I love the doors in Paris. Whenever I get to peek behind there’s always a magical courtyard of the general going ons of life that feel like a window into the real Paris. This would be so lovely in my baby girl’s nursery (due in July!).

  40. All are fabulous! You are so talented. Happy Valentines day sweetheart.
Pink door and red balloons may be my favorite

    • You are sweet! Tell me what size you want and I will send them special just for you. Thank you for always supporting me!! xo

  41. Pink Cherry Blossoms in Paris. Love your sight! It’s getting me excited for my Paris trip in 2018 for my 50th birthday.

  42. Pink Door in Paris – it is the perfect millennial pink, and I have accepted that I am truly a millennial pink woman. 😉

  43. All of them are adorable! But I’d really want the pink cherry blossoms in Paris. I’m a student in Paris and have pretty cozy pastel color designed apartment, would love to have a piece from you aswell 🙂

  44. I love the petit zinc print! It is timeless and has a certain moody appeal- a very pretty and unique shot! PS if you ever come to DC, a Parisian group meetup would be fun like you had recently! ☺

    • I just realized I didn’t type out my email, but I entered it for the comment. I hope that helps if I end up winning part of the giveaway. I just didn’t want to put it out publicly. Also, I may be able to attend the NYC one with some planning or I’ll just have to hold out for a possible DC adventure. Either way, I’ll keep an eye out!

    • Hi Anne!

I would love to come to DC for a meetup. The next city outside of Chicago and Paris will be NYC and it will be a fun one so hopefully you can come to that one if I give you enough planning notice. Thank you so much for following!! xo
