Frenchify Your Tea Time

Degrenne was kind enough to send over this beautiful teapot and cups that inspired my tea time set up in the library. Now that the weather has turned to Fall temperatures, it is time to cozy up with a cup of tea and something sweet in the afternoon.

For favorite French teas:

I used Palais des Thès vanilla rooibos which is my go-to. It is caffeine-free and calming for the afternoon.

For sweet treats:

I love a good madeleine. I used this recipe from my friends at La Cuisine. I used a small kitchen scale to convert the metrics but it was easy to do and there are only a few ingredients.

I also love chocolate sablé or vanilla. Both can be found from Dorie Greenspan.
