Links I Love : Week 31

links I love via everyday parisian how to cafƩ as a Parisian

Over the weekend, I spent dog sitting my friend’s dog. He was adorable and fun but being a dog parent is a lot of work. I felt serious guilt leaving that cute face even though I know he will just be sleeping at home while I am gone.

One of my best childhood friends was in visiting and we made a last minute decision to buy tickets for BeyoncĆ©. Last time we went it poured and it was a disaster. This time around we got way better seats and the weather was much better. It was totally worth it and BeyoncĆ©s dance moves are incredible. One minor hiccup we ran into, as we were about to go through security at the stadium they told us we couldn’t bring in our bags. Alexis had a bigger bag similar to my cuyana or madewell bag but I had a tiny cross body bag. We had to get out of line and stand in a crazy long line to check our bags offsite. Lesson learned and if you are heading to a concert anytime soon check the details of the individual stadium.

CafƩ Like a Parisian What to order and when at a Paris cafƩ. I learned a few things and it helped decode some of those drinks I always see go out and I have no idea what is in them.

The marble bistro table I had been waiting for months is finally back in stock. I snagged it at regular price but it is now 30% off. If you have your eye on something like this, grab it now. I searched high and low. I have it at home with these chairs and makes me so happy. It was well worth the wait.

I bought this at the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale and I am already looking to buy another. The soap smells so good and perfect for a bathroom of kitchen. I found it on SALE at Bloomingdales in case you want to snatch it up.

As I put the finishing touches on my Chicago apartment I have decorating on the brain. You can shop some of my favorite home items here.

This is currently my favorite corner of my apartment thanks to this Parisian inspired mirror. Best purchase I made last year. I have had a few people ask about the Paris map which I got here and you can easily frame through Framebridge.
