While we all practice social distancing across the world, this is also a great time to learn a new skill or practice a language, stay in shape. I am trying to find the silver lining in this slower pace of life. I wanted to put together a list of resources to help you.
Get a Library Card
I easily got a library card from the Chicago Public Library today before drafting this email.
For a NYC library card you can grab one here.
For other cities, just do a quick google search.

The Paris Opera is Streaming their performances online for free
Relieve Stress
I have used and enjoy Headspace which can help you fall asleep and meditate. They are offering a Free Option called Weathering The Storm during Covid19. Teachers and Educators have special access to more resources.
Calm is also offering a Free trial period which is similar and can help with anxiety.
For Parents:
I know this time is incredibly stressful as your kids are home e-learning while you are also working from home. I have been sending my sister links as soon as I find them to help her think of creative ideas to keep the little ones entertained.
Project Kid This is a great resource for keeping kids busy with craft ideas with items you have at home or can easily order online.
French Stories for Kids they have the audio version so you can listen along with them.

AloMoves from Alo Yoga Brand is offering access to a selection of free full-length classes on their YouTube channel.
Obe Fitness offers 4,000 online classes a day
Online Learning
